To register and use WlnRupees you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
Age Verification: WlnRupees will conduct age and identity verification on accounts. If verification cannot be completed, access to withdrawal functions will be restricted until documentation is provided. Registering with false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Each person is permitted to hold one WlnRupees account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or same IP address — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
When registering at WlnRupees you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. WlnRupees uses this information to verify your identity, process payments and contact you regarding your account. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
KYC Verification: WlnRupees may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point — particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Standard documents include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is completed.
All financial transactions on WlnRupees are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges — you deposit in PKR, wager in PKR and withdraw in PKR. WlnRupees supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:
Important: WlnRupees does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your own name. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in account suspension pending investigation.
WlnRupees offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus the specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements at WlnRupees. Live casino games and certain table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots and crash games. The specific contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the bonus terms section of your account area. Playing exclusively on games with low or zero contribution will result in slower wagering progress and is not a basis for requesting bonus term exemptions.
If you wish to opt out of a bonus after it has been credited to your account, contact WlnRupees support before you begin wagering. Once wagering on a bonus has started, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed entirely upon opt-out rather than converted to a withdrawable balance.
By placing a bet at WlnRupees you agree to the specific rules of the game or market on which that bet is placed. General rules governing all WlnRupees bets are set out below.
Once a bet has been confirmed and the betting window for that round or market has closed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check your bet selection and stake before confirmation. WlnRupees does not accept responsibility for bets placed incorrectly due to player error.
WlnRupees applies maximum win limits per round and per day on certain game categories. These limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or betting market. Wins above the displayed maximum may be capped at the published limit regardless of the theoretical payout for that outcome.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at WlnRupees. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

WlnRupees reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
You can request closure of your WlnRupees account at any time by contacting support via live chat, WhatsApp or email. Any withdrawable balance will be paid to your registered payment method within 48 hours of the closure request being processed, subject to pending KYC completion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be removed from your balance and not paid out.
A WlnRupees account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months will be classified as dormant. WlnRupees will attempt to contact the registered email address and mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be communicated clearly at the time the account is classified as dormant.
